COVID-19 DISCLAIMER

Due to the ongoing pandemic we are taking the necessary precautions to keep the safety of our staff and clients our top priority. In efforts to do so we ask that you wear a mask to your appointment. As always, we disinfect our office between each client thoroughly.

We also ask that you not come in for your appointment if:
You’ve had a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher, in the last 24 hours.
If you have currently or recently have experienced shortness of breath, sore throat, respiratory or flu like symptoms.
If you’ve knowingly been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks that you cancel your appointment.

We will not charge a cancellation fee for any COVID-19 related cancellations under the 24 hour time frame.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Although our Massage Therapist often have a waiting list of clients, No-Show or Last-Minute.
Cancellations greatly impact their scheduling.
Recognizing that we do set aside the scheduled time just for you, have other clients to consider, and have to maintain a smoothly running business, we now find it necessary to charge for:

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

If we cannot answer, leave your information on our voice mail.
Sorry, cancellations made via email are not accepted.

  • Prepaid appointments will be transferred to credit (minus No-Show fee) to be used at a later date.
  • Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees.

APPOINTMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELATION FEE: $40.00
*First, Last Minute Cancellation or No-Show is waived as a courtesy.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Same policy applies
LATE ARRIVAL: No fee is charged but your appointment will end at the scheduled time.

EMERGENCIES: We understand that emergencies and illnesses occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel. Equally, if there is inclement weather, and you prefer not to drive or walk in the adverse weather conditions, if you do not have to. Feel free to call and reschedule your appointment. There is NO CHARGE for these types of cancellations.
Other exceptions may apply.

PLEASE NOTE:
We will do our best to remind you of your appointment (we will send you a text). Given enough notice, we can usually fill most appointments. Even if less than 24-hours of your appointment, please give us a much notice as possible and we will do our
best to fill the appointment and avoid any cancellation fees.

If there’s simply no way of avoiding a short-notice cancellation, remember that you can send a friend or family member, or your boss or a client you need to earn points with to enjoy the massage!

What are your payment options?

I accept payment by cash, all major credit/debit cards, and electronic payments via Venmo & Cash App.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

I ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment so we have time to go over your intake form (which you’ll complete when booking online). Next, we will discuss your goals for the session and come up with a treatment plan. I will then leave the room so you may disrobe and get onto the massage table. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy your massage!

Do I need to tip?

Tipping is not expected. But it is accepted. The best way to show your appreciation is to refer your family and friends or leave a review.

What should I do if I’m sick?

If you experience a fever, cough, congestion or body aches within 72 hours of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect.

Does massage hurt?

Your massage doesn’t have to hurt to effective. If you experience any pain or discomfort beyond the “hurt so good” kind, please tell me immediately. My goal is for you to leave feeling better than when you arrived, every single time.
