As humans we carry emotions in our muscles. Danielle’s passion is to bring a healing balance to your mind, body, & spirit.

Danielle specializes in musculo-tendonal re-education (MTR). MTR is kineisotherapy. Blending postural analysis, structural intergration with Traditional Chinese Medicine (five elements) methods for clients with acute and chronic pain. The deep tissue point work used in MTR allows the client to release and relax both the muscles and emotions. Danielle is very detailed in her work hitting most trigger points often missed.

Danielle has been practicing massage therapy for more than 10 years. During this time she has spent countless hours of continued education. Learning many different modalities to help her mindfully blend each session. Danielle’s favorite modality to blend with MTR is cupping (fire & contemporary). She also practices Thai Yoga Bodywork, cranio-sacral & myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage.

Danielle has an associate’s degree in massage therapy. She is a Reiki Master. As a healer she has an intrinsic touch and an eclectic background of experiences. Danielle works with individuals who’ve suffered from injuries & trauma to a variety of athletes, who skill level range from recreational to professional.

Danielle will create a sacred space to allow emotional release from the muscles. She creates a mind-body connection, allowing you to release the pain of what no longer serves you.

Tracey Caldwell, LMT

Tracey Caldwell, LMT/Co-Owner

Tracey graduated from the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, CO in 2010 with an interest in Medical Massage, specifically Oncology Massage and received certification in that from The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2011. To support that she also certified in Reflexology and Trauma Touch Therapy.

She found her real passion in Neuromuscular Massage and finished her NMT certification in 2017.

Neuromuscular Massage is a specialized form a deep tissue that addresses trigger points that cause pain and tension in a muscle. Using different techniques, the therapist releases these trigger points, decreasing pain and increasing range of motion in a muscle, bringing balance back to both the nervous and muscular systems.

Tracey combines relaxation massage with her therapeutic techniques to give the client a sense of nurturing while creating a therapeutic result. She experienced the results with her clients in her successful practice for eight years in Fort Collins.

Tracey relocated back to Conifer, CO in 2018 and is excited to share her skills with this community.
